Owner and Founder of Dolezal Law, P.A., Bethany Dolezal, was born and raised in Walkerton, Indiana, where she was homeschooled from a young age. This allowed her to start college at just 15 years old and pursue her undergraduate degree in mass communication at St. Mary's College of Notre Dame.

After graduating, Bethany moved to Lansing, Michigan, and attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. It was during her first week of law school that Bethany discovered her passion for personal injury law. That passion further developed when she later moved to Florida and began working for a Tampa-based personal injury law firm as a litigation paralegal in 2014. She continued that role as a paralegal, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the personal injury field, until 2020, when she transitioned to a litigation attorney and continued to represent injury victims throughout the State of Florida.
